What was your inspiration for developing ConnecToo?
halmi.sk:
I played similar game as a much younger and when I bought Android phone I knew that it is indeed the right platform for it. Touch screen controls are great feature for this kind of game, basically you just draw the whole time. I also like logic games, so it was also kind of selfish activity

What is your personal favorite Android App that you did not develop?
halmi.sk:
I’d say it’s jjReader. I also use ConnectBot a lot, which is great ssh shell client. Ironically I don’t play games that much, but from time to time I play Klondike Solitaire.

Can we expect any updates to ConnecToo in the near future?
halmi.sk:
I have a few ideas, some of which are based also on user comments. I’d like to add some notification if user touched one of basic blocks, sometimes it is not so clear as it could be. Also I believe that I can make connecting blocks even easier as it is now.

Do you have any new apps that will be on the Android Market soon that we should look out for?
halmi.sk:
I have some older apps. Currency Converter and Frozen Bubble Level Editor. Currency converter is different from other converters, because it uses 4 independent currencies in main screen. Frozen Bubble Level Editor is for users that want to make new level packs for Frozen Bubble game. After creating it is possible to upload them and download levels from other users. I’m also making some experiments using OpenGL, so maybe next game will be 3D.

Do you have any future development plans for Android Tablets?
halmi.sk:
As far as I know, there is nothing special on Android Tablets that would need different approach from developers. Android from 1.6 beyond is meant for different resolutions and hardware configurations. I think my applications should work also on tablets. I make special attention during developing so that my apps can be run on everything with Android. If it won’t run, I’ll make the time for changes
