What was your inspiration for developing this app?

One of our developers made a life changing decision to live a more healthy life style. As he learned what that takes his love for running increased. Knowing that there were other applications for runners already on Android, he felt that we could build a better tool with more features than what was currently available on the market. We took that challenge and developed what is out on the market today: Jogger.

Our Android version of Jogger took about 3 months to develop.

Are there any hidden features to the app?

Rootbeer Software LLC:

One feature that users might not take full advantage of is the capability to set goals for a run. If a user has previously saved one of their trails/paths, they can re-run that same trail/path and Jogger will let them set goals for that run. As goals are met, the phone will vibrate letting them know that they have met one of their goals.

Do you have any future plans for this app?

We recently released an iPhone version of Jogger. We are planning on adding a feature to connect runners across the world no matter their location. With this feature users will be able to connect to both Android and iPhone Joggers and see where each runner would be as if they were all running the same trail/path.

Do you plan to develop any new apps? If so when can we expect to see them in the Market?

We just release a new app on November 6th call the Everything App. It is currently in its infancy stages, but comes with the following: Tip Calculator, Flashlight, Bluetooth Toggler, Wifi Toggler, GPS Toggler. We plan on adding a digital audio recorder, Mortgage Calculator, Stopwatch, Phone Backup Utility, and most likely more. The tool comes with a customizable home screen widget that lets users pick their top 4 items to display as quick launch widgets on their home screen.
