The UK seems to be the recent home of some cheap Android Tablets as two of them from Andy pad have been released in the last six weeks. Both of these tablets from AndyPad will be released in the UK sporting 7 inch resistive touch screens, the 8 gig model will sport a 800×480 screen and the 16 gig model will sport a 1024×600 resolutions screen.
The tablets will both feature 1 GhZ ARM cortex A8 processor Android’s Flavor of Gingerbread, powerful GPU with 1080p video capabilities, HDMI, and Wi-Fi only Internet connectivity. There is also a video on demand feature that is built in to these tablets. The Andypad tablets mark a trend of lower priced Android tablets that are coming to the market and could potentially begin to battle it out in price wars over very competitively priced Android tablets.
