The Message GOWidget Android App by GO Launcher Dev Team is an android widget that comes as an add-on to the popular launcher GO Launcher. This widget is designed to be like the sense text message widget where you may not even need to open the text message inbox to do anything because the widget will be there to take care of anything and everything. The widget however may seem a little redundant as the SMS pop – up notification comes built into the GO SMS application itself. It is in the best interest to completely turn of notification inside the GO SMS application if you are going to be using this widget, as it will be complete redundancy if the notification is left on.

When you launch the GO Launcher you will need to long press on the home screen and select the GO Widget from the list of widgets. One you select it you can select the 4×2 widget or the 4×4 widget. My personal recommendation is the 4×4 widget. One selected you will be able to see all your messages that have recently been sent, they are not threaded, but it is still very well organized. You can compose new messages, reply to other messages, and basically function as 100% normal without ever having to open up the actual text messaging application you use. The application is designed to be a complete substitute to the actual message application.

Overall, the GO Dev team has impressed again. This is a wonderful fully functional widget. If you use the GO Dev products I highly recommend this widget. At the time of this review the Message GOWidget Android App is free. Thumbs Up.
