The Robotic Guitarist Android App by Pedro J. Estébanez is a fantastic guitar simulator app for your Android mobile device. The app was designed to be a virtual guitar simulator and has many different scales in which you can play hours of harmonious music or hours of ear bleeding sound depending on how musically inclined you are. The app is one of the most complete virtual music simulators available for free on the android market. Extreme detail was put into the development of this app and it prominently is displayed while using the app as well. The app is simple in design but is feature packed.
When you launch The Robotic Guitarist you will be greeted by the opening guitar sequence. Options to change the scale in which music is played can be done right there on the main screen of the guitar simulator. Pressing the embedded menu button will display several options such as: setting, instruments, chord presets, tuner and a metronome. Under the instruments tab you may select acoustic or electric guitar and the piano. The settings have options for right or left handed play and even a realistic chord change option. There are so many features and options that this app may have you convinced you are actually playing a real guitar!
Overall, The Robotic Guitarist Android App is a fun and interesting app. At the time of this review the app has two versions a free and paid version for $1.37; this app is one of the best of its kind. Thumbs up!
