The PdaNet ReadMe Android App by June Fabrics Tech will allow you to tether your phone without having to pay for the tethering options. Tethering allows you to use your mobile device’s network connections to access the internet, in some cases slightly eliminating the need to pay for actual internet services. This app does not require root, so if you are not brave enough to take the plunge into rooting your lovely android device this may be the best option for you. The PdaNet ReadMe is simply a tool that will install the necessary files to your mobile device and then when you plug it into your computer the files can be transferred to the PC this will enable the connection between the phone and PC.
When you open the app you will see the main menu in front of you and it will provide you with the two options in which PdaNet utilizes to establish a connection with the computer, to provide your computer the internet access. The two options are: USB tether and Bluetooth/DUN. Once you select one of these options the computer will then connect through the PdaNet files that were previously installed and will attempt to set up a viable internet connection for you. Also included for your enjoyment is an additional SMS agent app that will enable the sending and receiving of SMS messages through the computer.
Overall, this is app has some potential it seems though that some root options might be better served. For now it needs some work. At the time of this review thee PdaNet ReadMe Android App is free.
