The live wallpaper itself is a photo of the underwater scene looking at an upward angle to the sun. The water comes in waves and is in a loop to make it appear is if you are truly underwater. The waves have a continuous flow to them.

You will need to access the live wallpapers by long pressing on your home screen. Once there you will select the underwater live wallpaper and it will set as the wall paper. Congratulations now it looks like everything on your phone is under the water. The free version offers nothing but the wallpaper itself. The paid version (which seems a bit ridiculous to pay for) offers two other options: random water splashes and splash on tap.

Overall, this is app a nice live wallpaper of the underwater sea. At the time of this review the Underwater Live Wallpaper Android App is free. There is a paid upgrade, don’t bother.
