The Donkey Jump Android App by DroidHen is a game based on a Donkey jumping into the sky. Here’s how it works, you are, the Donkey, jumping into the sky trying to obtain different items to keep you reaching higher up in the sky. There are jumping platforms and bubbles along the way with other tools in the clouds to assist with your journey to climb higher. Once you have reached your peak height you will begin your descent downward.

The games controls are based on your Android device’s accelerometer feature. You must guide your jumping Donkey from cloud to cloud by moving your Android device in the direction in which the next cloud lies. Embedded in the clouds will be your tools to continue your journey. Bubbles will lift you higher, the spring board will catapult you higher, and the clouds themselves also act as mini springboards. The graphics for Donkey Jump are more then sufficient for its purposes. The game play can keep the little ones hooked long enough for you to make your 5 o’clock cocktail.

Overall, the game is great for what this game is intended to be. Currently there is only a free version offered in the Android Market. It will be interesting to see if a paid version of the game comes out with more levels and better features. At the time of this review the Donkey Jump Android App is free.
