The Droidshooting Android App by Quest-Com is an augmented reality shooter game for the Android platform. This type of shooter is unique because it uses Your Android device’s camera so that you can play the game “in reality”. The game puts a “layer” over reality so you will need to move around in order to get the droids in front of you so that you can shoot them.

In the top left hand corner of the screen you have a radar to help you find the droids. In the middle of the screen you have a crosshairs to help you aim when you are shooting. On the bottom of the screen you have the time limit and in the bottom right hand corner of the screen you have a button for shooting.

Overall, the concept of the game is unique but the game needs some more work. On certain devices you will not be able to get past the first level because once you beat the first level the game resets back to level one. At the time of this review the Droidshooting Android App is free.
