The Periodic Table Android App by Socratica, LLC is a reference guide to the Periodic Table that features over 30 facts about each element of reference. You can find elements by either searching the index or by the table.

When the app first loads there are 4 buttons located on the main screen, they are Learn, Lookup, Quiz and a button for more apps by the developer. The Learn button allows you to browse through the elements of the Periodic Table with 2 arrows that are located at the top of the screen. The button with the beaker on it located on the top of the screen in between the 2 arrow buttons will bring you back to the main menu. The Lookup button let’s you browse the Periodic Table by the table itself, search and by the index. You can get back to the main menu by the button with the beaker on it that is located at the bottom of the screen in between the zoom in and zoom out buttons. The Quiz button let’s you quiz yourself on the Periodic Table element’s names, abbreviations, atomic numbers and it givers you the option to let the app choose 1 of be 3 quizzes for you at random.

Overall, this Is a very comprehensive app for reference and learning the Periodic Table of Elements. At the time of this review the Periodic Table Android App is free. Thumbs Up.
