The Mario Combat Android App by Anderdroid Apps is an action game based on Super Mario, Koopa Troopas and Bowser. The object of the game is to get through each if the levels and actually fighting the Koopa Troopas along the way instead of just jumping on them.

Once you get to the last level you will have to fight Bowser. To do so you will actually have to fight him the same way you fought the Koopa Troopas. To move Mario use the left and right arrows located in the bottom left hand corner of the screen. In the bottom right hand corner there is an up button which you use to jump, an A button which you use to punch and a space bat under the A button which you use to open doors, go through tubes or go through a passage way. In between the controls is an ad that depending on the size of your fingers may or may not be an obstacle for you while playing the game. The graphics are well done and have that old school feel to them. The game did lag a bit which needs to be fixed.

Overall, this is a short, unique Mario themed game for the Android platform that needs the lag issue to be resolved. At the time of his review the Mario Combat Android App is free.
