The Skatedroid AIR Android App by Agens AS is a side scroller game for the Android platform. To play this game you will need to download the Adobe AIR app and install it in order for the game to work. The object of the game is to try get as far as you can and get as many points as you can. Points can be earned two ways, the first way is by distance, the farther you get in the game the more points you accumulate. The second way is by doing tricks and grids. There are a few obstacles you need to watch out for such as holes in the street and fire hydrants which you will need to jump over in order to avoid running into.

From the main menu you can access the How To Play section which illustrates in a picture how to use the controls for the game. To gain speed press the screen on the right hand side and release, each time you press the screen you will increase your speed. To brake press on the left hand side of the screen until you have slowed down the Droid to the speed you would like or to stop him completely then release. Press and hold below the Droid until the red jump meter is filled the power that you would like for your jump. Once the meter reaches the amount of jump power that you want simply release and the Droid will perform a jump. The graphics are really well done.

Overall, this is a simple side scroller Android themed skateboarding game with great graphics. At the time of this review the Skatedroid AIR Android App is free. Thumbs Up.
