The OTTER Android App by OTTER is an awesome app that saves lives, it limits distractions from text messages to a minimum when needed. Here is a detailed video from the developer with the inspiration for developing the app as well as a walk through of the app’s features.

The app works really well, it’s really easy to use and is great for anyone who is tempted to text while driving or for anyone who needs an auto responder for their text so they can focus on doing something where distractions need to be at a minimum.

Overall, this is a great, innovative app for the Android platform that can save lives. At the time of this review there are 3 different versions of this app, the Lite version, OTTER-urban version $1.99 and OTTER full version for $3.99. The OTTER-urban version includes: auto-reply with timer, editable/grouped responses and one Touch Text Response Buttons. The OTTER full version includes auto-reply with timer, GPS Mode, editable/grouped responses, Parental Control(GPS) and Manual:OneTouchTextResponses. Thumbs Up, well done OTTER.
