The Crystallight Android App by Smartpix Games is a tower defense game for the Android. When the app first loads, create a user profile. Once you do this there is an intro with a back story for the theme of the game. You can tap the screen to skip the intro. The object of the game is to build up a good defense in order to prevent the iron monsters from destroying your castle.

There are magical towers on the map that you use as weapons. To activate them you will need to place a crystal in them. There are several different types of crystals that have several different powers: Power, Fire, Acid and Ice. The Power crystals are the most powerful. If you want to know about an object in the game, simply hold the track ball on your phone while you touch any object for more information, release the track ball to return back to the game. As you advance you can build even more defense weapons. The game can get addicting as most good tower defense games. This one has an online rating system so you can see how you rank against other players which is a cool feature. The graphics are also very well done.

Overall, this is a good tower defense game for the Android. At the time of this review the Crystallight Android App is $2.95. Thumbs Up.
