The The Splatting Android App by Evil Mushroom Lord is a shooting game for the Android. When the app first loads there is a short animation with pretty good graphics. The main menu screen is also well done graphically. At the menu screen you are prompted to press the Menu button on your phone where you now have access to a tutorial on how to play, other games by this developer, new game, sound off scores and exit. I recommend you check out the tutorial before you play. This will give you the storyline as well as introduce you to the weapons, combo multipliers and items. When you are done reading the tutorial press the “word.” button on the display screen and then navigate back to the main menu to play a new game. You will need to configure with side of the screen you would like to have with a choice of 3 different lasers for your cannons. You can select all of the same lasers or different lasers. To shoot the objects press on them using your finger on the display screen. Overall, this developer has the personality of gaming nailed. The actual game play could use some work. More variety in the levels would be cool. This game definately has potential though and as is will keep you fairly entertained for a bit. At the time of this review this app is $0.99. Thumbs up for graphics and personality.
