The Checkers for Android App by Art Bik brings checkers to the Android. There are 4 levels of difficulty, Beginner, Novice, Expert and Random which are all quite challenging. Like the Reversi for the Android App, once again Aart Bik makes very good use of the display screen area available which makes selecting the pieces for this game easy. You can either use your finger to press on the display screen or you can use the track ball to select your pieces. When you select a piece alight orange path appears to assist you in making legal moves and also displays your options. Overall this is a great checkers game for the Android. Thumbs up.
