The Power Manager Android App by David Medina gives you control over how your Android uses its power source. When you load the application you will see a display at the top of the screen and options listed below it. The display shows your Android’s battery level, Battery Health, as well as options to enable and disable WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and Cell Location. The Monitor Active button enables this app’s ability to manage the power sources for you. If you want to manage your Android’s power source manually, the options you have available to configure how your phone allocates its power are:
- Battery Powered – ability to dim the screen and disable locations.
- Low Battery – ability to dim the screen and turn off WiFi, Bluetooth and locations.
- A/C Powered – ability to brighten screen and enable WiFi locations.
- Computer Powered – ability to set specialized settings.
- Browsing Mode – keep the Android awake while the keyboard is open, enable WiFi, locations.
- Initial Settings – restore the original settings from when this app was first installed.
When you are charging your Android be sure to turn this app off while doing so to get a more efficient charge. Overall, this is a great app for managing your Android’s power source. Thumbs up.
