The Quickpedia V1.02 Android App by Next Mobile Web is a very well put together searching solution for Wikis. This app’s user interface is very simple and a lot better looking than WikiMobile’s. There are 5 tabs to choose from, Search, Featured, Popular, News and Nearby. Search is self explanitory, Featured gives you the Random Article option, Popular gives you articles by the last hour, last day and “all time” which are recent articles in general. The News tab gives you a few news articles and Nearby gives you news from your current location. The Popular and Nearby features for this app are pretty advnaced compared to WikiMobile’s features. Overall I give this app a thumbs up.
