The Mortgage Calculator Android App by Siva G is a mortgage calculator for the Android. The app is very simple to use, just enter a loan amount, number of years, interest rate and press or use the track ball to click the Calculate Payment button to get your monthly payment. The app features a touchscreen keyboard and a few cool extras. To get to the extras press the menu button and you now have the option to reset the calculator, use the Amortization feature, go into advanced mode or use a traditional caluclator. Advanced mode offers a few other features such as:

• Property Value
• Down Payment in dollars or in a percentage
• Loan Amount
• Loan Terms in years or months
• Interest Rate

This app offers a lot of features and it’s free. I definitely recommend downloading this app to anyone looking to buy a new home. Thumbs up.
